As broker and co-owner of Shipman Partners, LLC., Allen is in his 4th year as a full time real estate agent and has been supporting Melissa for over 12 years in her real estate career. Allen has a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University. Allen is a licensed Broker in Texas, is a member of the local, state, and national association of REALTORS, and is a Certified Negotiations Expert. Allen’s specialty is buyers and he was #1 is sales for first time home buyers at his previous brokerage and is in the top 5% of buyers agents in the Austin market.

Melissa is a co-owner of Shipman Partners, LLC., and has been in the real estate industry in Austin for over 12 years. Melissa started her career working with 2 of Austin’s top performing real estate teams. She has been on the cover of Texas REALTORS magazine, was instrumental in the development of Keller Williams’ Contract to Close program, and was on a national panel of advisors to Gary Keller’s Millionaire Real Estate Agent training. Having participated in over 850 closing transactions in her career Melissa has the experience to handle any situation that might arise. Melissa is our resident expert on contracts and is our in house listing specialist.

Ashley has been in the real estate industry since 2005.  She started out working for one of the top producing agents in Austin handling Contract to Close.  In 2007 Ashley obtained her agents license and has worked on several high profile projects including the Austonian Condos.   Ashley works with both buyers and sellers and prides herself on attention to details and customer service.  Ashley received BA in English from the University of Texas in 2006.
